Competent staff, ABOVE AVERAGE breakfast and cozy rooms. I loved the room, the bed was great. Good service, good restaurant on site. Easy walk to a church and a museum. Absolutely perfect location, Nikola Tesla airport was 16 miles away.

It deserves its 5 stars. Really enjoyed Costa Coffee, it was just walking distance from the hotel and offered nice treats.
